‘Coronation Week Double Number’

(Appendix List No. 116) which deals with all the phases of the Coronation and the chief personalities concerned with it. Included are sections which illustrate the main members of the royal family; officers of the Great Orders of Knighthood; officers of State; the officiating clergy; coronation coaches, robes, medals and regalia and the route for the Coronation procession. A presentation plate in colours of King George and Queen Elizabeth was also included.
The cover is in scarlet. Entwined wreaths surround the coloured photographs of the King and Queen underneath which is a decorative motif of Coronation Regalia and the King’s personal arms as well as other national emblems.
This is issue number 5116, vol. 190, pages 771-850, measuring 37 x 26 cm. and priced at two shillings.
